One of the most requested features by PaltalkScene members over the past year was the ability to broadcast the current chat room you are in to your pals. We took heed of the requests and added this feature in version 9.4. If you are not using version 9.4 you can download it from the PaltalkScene download page.
Enable this feature by selecting the "show others the room I'm in" option from the status menu at the top of your pals list (it's the blue 'online' text):
This will show your current chat room name as blue clickable text beside your nickname for anyone that has you added as a pal, if a member clicks the text they will taken to the chat room.Only public, unlocked rooms will be displayed.
To turn this feature off, simply click the status menu again and choose the item "reset to no message."
You can customize the clickable text that is shown next to your nickname by using the code: <<room>>, in a custom status msg. Here's how:
Click the blue status link at the top of your pals list (blue online text) and choose the Item "Create a custom message." You will now see a new window with a text box to enter your custom message. Next, enter your desired message text, and where your want the room name to show, insert the code: <<room>>, then click the 'Save' button.
For example, I joined the room 'oOo Safe Haven oOo.' With the above text set as my custom message, you can see here how the room name is displayed next to my nickname :

Now you're the cool kid with the custom link next to your nickname, and everyone will want to know you! Well, at least they'll want to know how you did it. ;)

Can we the room owners decide how long a person is banned from our room ? Instead of paltalk maximun of 3 months ?
